Sean Erik Parker, a 1996 graduate of Auburn University and a longtime resident of Demopolis, Alabama, brings more than 30 years of experience in business development, sales, broadcasting, and multimedia marketing. Throughout his career, he has served as a sales executive, broadcaster, sales manager, and entrepreneur, earning a reputation for helping businesses grow through strategic marketing, effective communication, and innovative media solutions.

For the past eight years, Sean has owned and operated Growin’ Advertising, a full-service advertising agency serving clients across the Southeast. Under his leadership, the agency has developed and executed successful marketing campaigns for local, regional, and national businesses, delivering customized solutions designed to meet each client’s unique goals. His commitment to results-driven marketing and exceptional client service has established Growin’ Advertising as a trusted partner for organizations seeking measurable growth.

Today, Sean combines that extensive experience with his longtime friend and business partner, Wynn Christian, as co-founder of Christian Parker Marketing (CPM), based in the Auburn-Opelika area. CPM is a full-service multimedia marketing agency specializing in paid media strategy, digital advertising, content creation, branding, and integrated marketing campaigns. Together, Sean and Wynn help businesses connect with their audiences, strengthen their brands, and achieve sustainable growth through strategic, data-driven marketing solutions.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Sean remains actively engaged in his community and is a strong advocate for economic development, business growth, and civic progress throughout Alabama and the Southeast.

Mollie Parker serves as the Social Media Specialist and Quality Control Lead at Growin’ Advertising, where she drives our clients' social media strategies. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Mollie manages the full content lifecycle—from initial concept and creation to final scheduling. A 2010 graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor’s in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Public Relations, she brings a strong foundation in her work. With a sharp focus on consistency and accuracy, Mollie meticulously proofreads and audits all content to ensure it aligns perfectly with our clients' brand voices and marketing objectives. Her dedication to quality and strategic planning makes her an essential partner in helping our clients grow smarter and more effectively.

Originally from California and now based in Columbus, Georgia, Heidi brings nearly a decade of marketing experience across multiple industries, including newspaper publishing, fitness, television, and agency marketing. A graduate of Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Marketing, she has built her career around helping businesses grow through strategic marketing and strong client partnerships.
